Rico

Rico is a Punjabi singer, who was born on 6 Nov in Nangal a city and municipal council in Rupnagar district in Punjab. His father is a chartered accountant and mother is an executive head in one of the leading pharmaceutical companies. He also has a younger brother.

Rico has done his schooling from Mohali. Later, He did his 3d animation course from Chandigarh. In 2009,he moved to Canada. Rico always had a passion for singing. During his school days he was not only famous for his singing but he was also a great basket ball player. Apart from being a melodious singer Rico is an amazing cook as well. He has learnt culinary art from one of the institutions in Canada. In 2014 Rico was discovered as “ Bingo Rising star” where he won the title. His talent is a pure gift from the heaven up above. He is one artist who should not be bracketed in a single genre. He can sing Sufi and Romantic genre equally well. “Tere bina” was his debut song which gained over night popularity and made him a new singing sensation in the industry. Rico has also sung the cover of famous bollywood song “Rabba”. Rico has recently come up with a new release”Baarishan” which has more than 5 million views on YouTube.
